I think this re-issue sounds great - good dynamics throughout. The masterpiece that is 'Sweet Love' just sounds superb.
Not had a dud MOV release yet. -
Another beautiful sounding Music On Vinyl pressing. No pops or static and just sounds so clear. This is the one to have.

Having Anita Baker’s Grammy Award winning ‘Rapture' in your vinyl collection is a must. This Music On Vinyl (MOV) reissue of Anita’s 1986 classic simply shines. This is the album that provided Baker the successful blueprint for her future releases. Packaging was very nice and included a polyethylene coated inner sleeve. The main album jacket seemed to really be thin. A bonus insert with album lyrics, credits, information and another photo would’ve been welcome here. The resealable outer plastic sleeve is also a big plus!
The 180 gram vinyl sounded full with less surface noise. Very quiet!! This reissue of ‘Rapture’ sounds remastered, and the price is definitely right for this album. Add it to your collection today! -
Disappointed that this pressing did not come with an inner printed sleeve with lyrics like the original pressing.

This one sounds hallow. Not very dynamic at all. Very bright sounding. Earlier pressing capture a much fuller, warmer and rich sound.
