Edited 4 years agoOkay, look, so this thing says 'Licensed by Vic Vergeat' on the back cover middle bottom. The sleeve and vinyl quality are great, fantastic even.
The legitimacy, source/sound quality is always the questionable part of an Akarma release. Now, I find the sound of this weirdly acceptable, not from master tapes surely. However whatever source they used they did a decent job with it, I've heard other people describe the sound as a bit flat, I didn't notice that too much played through a tube amp. I'd imagine it was sourced from CD.
Can only hope this is legitimately authorized by Vic.
