This is mono recording, so i recommend listen to it on one speaker. -
Mine has black labels with white writing??? Also sounds so noisy. Anyone else have a black label release? -

Edited 2 years agoLo-fi recordings of music blessed by the closest thing to genius. Pressing has the odd pop and crunch. Still great that this is finally available again. -
Contrairement à l'autre réédition celui-ci ne contient pas de pops. Superbe pressage -

Edited 3 years agoJust the most beautiful music. It strangely occupies a space straddling simplicity and virtuosity. Sounds like Mal Waldron interpreting Scott Joplin. She'll be 99 this month, I believe! The press is fine, not great, but some graininess is almost fitting for this seemingly ancient and wise music.
