All records ship in a sturdy and thick WHIPLASH CARDBOARD mailer.
Returns ARE NOT accepted.
But if there are issues, please feel free to communicate with me.
I accept returns on a case by case basis within 15 days or delivery receipt. BUT only for records that are in the same condition as when it arrived. For example, SEALED records should be STILL sealed when returned for a refund.
Missing items or parts when returned will NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. If sealed vinyl is returned in unsealed and opened state, buyer will incur 50% restocking fee. Please consider that the moment a sealed record is opened or if certain artworks are missing from return, the value of that piece automatically goes down significantly.
Please be considerate and be careful in handling vinyls. The same way that I will take extra care in handling your precious vinyls until it is delivered to you.
