Buyer pays shipping at time of invoice. Invoice will be offered immediately or within 12 hours of receipt of order. Orders unpaid 5 days after invoicing and otherwise unexcused or unexplained, will be cancelled. We ship from Brooklyn, NY and generally take no more than 24 hours from payment to box and label all outgoing. Postal pickups occur on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders received over the weekend will ship on Monday, etc. We ship via USPS. Alternate arrangements can be made if desired. Domestically, our default mailing mode is media mail; internationally, first class. Quicker service is available through priority mail and those seeking speedy delivery should inquire. Standard shipping in the US generally takes 5-10 business days; standard shipping abroad can take 14-28 days (though generally is fairly quick). We ship in sturdy cardboard mailers, with cardboard fillers. Records are removed from their outer sleeves and bagged prior to shipping. We have a great deal of experience with shipping, but we're happy to consider recommendations and special requests which customers may have. Any record damaged in transit or otherwise not matching our description can be returned for a full refund (including the cost of return shipping). Any record purchased by mistake or otherwise unsatisfactory can be returned for a partial refund, viz., the purchase price (provided we receive the record in the condition sent), but not the postage either way. Please us within 5 days of receipt of a record if you need to return it.
