All items are well packaged in (recycled) mailers with card stiffener.

Any claims that a record was received as warped and unplayable will not be accepted as vinyl is checked before being sent and it will be down to the buyer to process any claim with Royal Mail that a package was damaged on receipt.
Regarding any lost or unreceived packages: A reasonable time should be allowed for, to compensate for any delayed mail or quarantines. The buyer must wait the UK Royal Mail mandatory period before any compensation claim can be raised.
In the case of a parcel not arriving, it will be the buyers responsibility to raise a claim with Royal Mail for compensation. This is to deter potential invalid buyer claims and not intentionally to put the buyer at any disadvantage. The seller will co-operate for any claims and provide any information and links to assist in this process.
Any returns costs are the responsibility of the Buyer and will not be met by the Seller (non-refundable), please be aware of this before returning any goods to us. All vinyls must be returned with their sleeves that were originally sold at time of purchase.
