I paid 50 at a record store. It was opened but appeared NM. The record sounds great, can't complain at all. Never had the OG copy so I can't compare the two.
-
I had the AP 45pm and had to get rid of it as the first side was ridiculously off centre for some reason, it was brand new sealed. Anyway I’ve just obtained this and it’s really splitting hairs between the two.
-
Edited one year agoPlease help, I need it urgently. I'm going to buy this album, but I'm not sure if it's what I'm looking for (2LPx45). How can I identify the 33 and 45 rpm versions of this vinyl record? Is it possible to identify the jacket without opening the sealed LP? Are there any differences in the indices or something else? Maybe the black sticker Back to Black it's mean (indicates) 45 rpm?

Edited one year agoAs with many, mine is also 33rpm. However, it still sounds really dynamic, wide soudstage and deep bass. A real listening pleasure and great to hear after so many other disappointing re-presses by other artists. Mr. Jones is a real standout.

Edited 2 years agothis seems to be in stock again, just got this shipped. cant wait! my copy had no sticker whatsoever.
-
Back in stock for a pretty reasonable price considering what you get: 45 rpm double LP, poly lined inner sleeves, and really great sound. In my case the vinyl is flat and almost immaculate. Absolutely recommended.
-
Went out with no intention of buying anything and found this gem at Rough Trade, forgot what a great album it is and so chuffed I bought it. Having just returned to vinyl this album was on my want list and finding this version was an added bonus, it sounds fantastic.
-
Just found this at my local FYE for $40…and I wasn’t even going there for LPs but I’m glad I flipped through their selection. What a find.
