Looking for an OG 1969 Kapp Jacket. Found a VG+ copy that was stored in the jacket of the first LP. If you have an extra please reach out.

There's no evidence for the claim that Pan-Am sued over the artwork for . Maybe they threatened legal action. Who knows? But I doubt the album was 'withdrawn', as it's not rare.

...this futuristic group never appeared in any rock lexica i knew, but their
second album "" (69) still has a hypnotic influence on me today, like
in 1988 when i discovered them through sky bird & the fish of hope. okay,
the vocals may be weak, but this visionary keyboard sound-madness (incl.
funny banjo-gimmicks) predates a whole lot of techno, and silver apples must
be mentioned in the same breath as suicide, velvet underground, soft machine,
hawkwind and white noise... -
I'm pretty sure pan am sued because of the plane crash scene on the backside. From what I heard, the fact that one of their planes was going to be alluded to crashing was not disclosed to pan am and they really didn't like that.

How Pan-Am managed to sue these poor guys because of....I don't know what because of. Because they provided some free advertising perhaps ?....effectively ending their carer in this form for good, I will never know. Well I do know, it's possibly because money is god in the states. What is the rational for this kind of thinking ? From a large scale company who aren't short of money to begin with. This is greed manifest and a clear example of how it crushes creativity wherever it rears it's ugly head.
