After listening to this for six years on an $80 TEAC all-in-one turntable that played a couple rpm’s too fast, I finally bought nice stereo gear and boy, is this pressing gorgeous. One of the best sounding records in my collection, beautiful soundstage and fidelity and everything through my enormous Pioneer speakers. I love the music too, they could’ve dropped the soundtrack-y interludes with no loss but the riffs and arrangements are superb — who would’ve thought that trombone, lumbering drums, pedal steel, baritone guitar and a barely overdriven Telecaster would make such stirring sounds together?
