Clicks and pops at the beginning of Highway Star are annoying. Also, stereo seems off... Left channel sounding with less volume at certain parts. Definitely not the mix I've always loved... I'll buy an OG.. This is crap!

On my version the information “Made in the E.U.” is missing on the back cover and on the labels. There is also no code included. Does anyone know which version this is? -
Perfect.
Never been a real fan of Deep Purple, well, I actually like the first one and parts of 'In Rock'. I don't like anything (apart from the very first, as mentioned) without Ian Gillan, to be honest, DP without IG is like the Stones sans Mick...
That said, I forgot just how good this album actually is. It's a perfect live recording. And this actual press is as good as it can get. Thanks Abbey Road, thanks GZ media who I cannot praise highly enough, hahaha. Yes, I mean it. These folks writing GZ down each and every day get on my nerves... Many of their pressings are among the best I got, and yes, I had my Monday morning copies, too...
This one is... the best Purple you can get on vinyl.

It is a very good pressing. The Vinyl is flat just the edges are rounded. There is no click to hear. Good stereo sound! -
If you are looking for the original mix, avoid this pressing. It contains the 2013 mix although not mentioned on the sleeve.

Great pressing, but just as my tiny nitpicks... the fade outs are gone so it's similar to the 1998 version (which I was kind of disappointed about that), and the hissing sound at the beginning of "Smoke On The Water" almost hurts your ears but thankfully, it doesn't happen throughout the rest of the album! Overall... good pressing. -
So, is this a digital remaster from the analogue tapes? Do engineers get the remaster thing mixed up? I assumed a remaster was taking a 'copy' of the master which is usually digital?

I don't know if it's my copy, or the whole pressing, but there's a hum in the lead in and lead out on all four sides. Besides that, it's a great remaster, and quiet pressing.
