This version: Title at bottom below blueish tinted inset photo, greenish tinted inset photo on back cover; no whitewash effect on the top cover image, with teal inner sleeve & RI (PRC Richmond) labels.
STERLING is stamped in the runouts; all other information (including ♡POGO PRC (PR)) is etched.
There are many variations of the cover featuring different color tints & title placement (under band name at top or at bottom of cover), with and without a whitewash effect upon the larger (top) image on front, and different colored tints of the inset photo on back (usually greenish or bluish).
All 1978/1979 issues have silver & green Atlantic labels except for a single record club pressing which used the standard red/green Atlantic labels, seen here: Double Vision
Most were issued with a die-cut teal inner sleeve with SD 19999 Printed in U.S.A. in lower right corner.
Some copies will be marked with either a gold promotional stamp and/or a timing strip on cover.

Edited 7 years agoI have a copy with the cover design from this release, on which the label matrix on side 2 is ST-A-784098-RI but the label matrix on side 1 is ST-A-784097-PR with only part of the R printed (enough to tell it is R and not I). The runouts are PRC STA-784099-C CC -1-111 ♡POGO (PR) STERLING and STA-794098-A ++-1 ♡POGO PRC (PR) STERLING. Any ideas?
Edit: So the runouts seem to be variants of Double Vision but the label on side 2 is clearly printed as ST-A-784098-RI.
