Surface noise is ridiculous...it is the gold flecks in the vinyl? I don't know, I'm no expert but the static is so consistent through everything that it's got to be something to do with the vinyl material I reckon. UPDATE: My record store cracked open another copy and tested it - So much better. They replaced my copy. I wouldn't say it's completely flawless, but it's so much better and I wouldn't have noticed any imperfections if it was my first copy.

Very poor pressing. Loads of surface noise and cleaning didn’t help.

Flat, plays well and sounds decent. Nice gold, reminds me of the AC/DC 50th anniversary gold color.
