How I wish this album could get some proper love from reissue labels. VOD seemingly has no quality control whatsoever, so the sound is all over the place, butchering "Streetwalk" - one of the gems of this program - for example. So this one really needs to be done properly - it's milestone of the US synth movement. I see it as a companion to Rational Youth's debut as the apex of its early, analogue era. Sadly in the current economic and political climate it's unlikely anyone would take on this task, but I'm sure I'm not the only one who wishes an improvement done to this album.

Edited 6 years agoOne of the best US minimal synth bands from the early 80s. This lp is a must own if you like the darker side of synth.
