No problems with my pressing. Got free from VMP on a re-sub. Pretty good, and of it's time.

Just got number 22 of 3000 numbered copies from VMP today!

Dead silent and flat. Great pressing, amazing sound. Great album, they were so damn young, but at a the same time so mature music wise! Put your hand on that album!

I think RTI is having serious QC issues. There are very audible hissing sounds at the end of each track, where it should be silent on the lead-in to the next cut. At the end, just before the runout groove is entered, the volume of this his is deafening. These guys used to be practically perfect pressers, but now...I just don't know. I've had it happen a lot with pressings from them lately.

Sounds practically perfect. There are, yes, some very low noises between songs. Everything else is quite great.

Why they chose to press this on blue vinyl, as opposed to the more obvious choice of red, I'll never understand. Missed opportunity for sure. :(

Iconic album, superb mastering but mediocre pressing. The vinyl has non-fill, debris and a sort of dimpled appearance as though they cooked it too long. It's also covered in micro scratches and is somewhat noisy with woosh/dragging sounds in the lead-ins and between songs. Cleaning produced some improvement but not enough. I am confident the whooshing is due to heating the vinyl for too long at too high of a temperature. For a limited run of 3000 you should be able to expect more.

Update: I requested a replacement and it arrived today. While it does have less scratches than the first copy and no debris, it still has the whooshing between tracks that if you listen carefully continues behind the music. Either they overheated these or the stampers themselves have issues. First copy is numbered in 1000's and second copy is numbered in 2000's so that pretty much spans most of the run. Did no one actually do a test listen to these?
