Unfortunatly not as silent as the old Fortissimo pressing (lots of click and crackle). Another GZ media problem child. -
Edited 5 months agoSounds great on first listen, incredibly detailed, sounds great even on headphones. A little warped, but not much. Oh, and if you are the type of person who gets annoyed by a little surface noise or occasional clicks, DO NOT buy this record as it will most certainly be a waste of your money. Cheers :)

A good sounding record but nothing mind blowing. ittedly it’s not an album known for its recording quality but I’m pleased enough with the treatment Superior Viaduct has given it. My copy is free of noise except for a repeated tick for the last minute or so of the last song on side A, which is a bit of a bummer. Overall not a bad pressing whatsoever and considering that it’s the only affordable option for this legendary album, I’m more than happy with my copy. -

Beautiful noise, can't believe I didn't have this in my collection seeing that I love Sonic Youth and Boris. Sweeping sheets of guitar that build and fall while shifting octaves.
