The Paradisio Mix goes straight in with that amazing dreamy (M1 Korg?) synth line and throughout creates a hypnotic atmosphere that becomes truely captivating with the heavy kick drum. A defining moment in prog house that has aged gracefully.

My early teens, late eighties. The rise of house. And then the subsequent explosion of styles in the nineties. My mind couldn't have been more blown :)

Edited one year agoI'd say I prefer the beginning of Paradisio, but the whole of the original mix is great too. The original mix doesn't have the Spanish guitar loop that comes in the later half of the Paradisio. Side note, I can't believe that the 2020 Richie Blacker mix is not on vinyl, because that version to me is superior. Old dance labels that are revived need to offer vinyl again, c'mon!

Seminal track from a seminal label! GREAT to see Limbo records are back in business again! (As of September 2020)
The new remix of this track is superb! -

The buzz around the 23rd Precinct shop around this time was immense, every time a new Limbo records 12" dropped, good times, dhop now sadly closed!
