I've not heard the VMP version but this is a stellar pressing. Sounds amazing. Cover is a tad low res, but I thinking that the original cassette art looked grainy even back in the 90s. Not to mention the addition of the bonus tracks, not the least of which being Fakin' the Funk. One of the best singles of the early 90s.

Yeah i agree, i have the VMP and Wild Pitch 2lp Blue pressings and this one here is damn good!

I thought the VMP pressing was definitive but this is even better. Deserved treatment for such a stone-cold classic.

Edited 3 years agoGood quality release. Sound is amazing and clean. Black vinyl - the way it should be for 90s Hip Hop releases. The bonus tracks are a nice addition. Glad I finally got this and skipped the violet/blue releases. And for those asking > 50 euros, it's still available at HHV at retail price!
