Definitely a well packaged compilation. Whatever your deep house preference, it is most likely catered for in this album. My number one track is by Kai Alce - Morning.

Easily one of the best compilations from last year. This double is chalk full of deep Detroit house music. It should serve as no surprise that these legends are still at the top of their game. The only tracks here that do not really do it for me are the Jon Dixon, Kyle Hall, and the Santonio Echols, but I’m sure some folks would say otherwise.

Just a fantastic compilation put out by one of legends of the legendary city that gave our Solar system techno and some of the best house ever. Norm, one of the dopest nicest guys you'll ever meet, delivers again!

Through his Upstairs Asylum Recordings, Norm Talley is responsible for some of the biggest hitters of 2021. Unity Vol. 1 showcases a wide range of Detroit artists, both long established and more recent. Essential listening, and Vol. 2 looks every bit as promising.
