Very good album with some of Dismember's best songs on it, as well as potentially one of the top 3 (or 5, maybe) death metal instrumentals on it, the track "Phantoms (of the Oath)." There are a few that just don't really stand out, and some of the performances (particularly the drumming at times) are somewhat sloppy and lazy sounding, but the combination of well-placed (sometimes saccharine) melody and brutal HM-2 riffing here is tough to beat.
