Edited 3 months agoNo original artwork. Cheap inner sleeve holding record. Right from the rip it sounds as if they throttled the sound. Almost like, ‘whoops, too loud! Turn it down a notch for the pressing’ i got it for ~$20 through Amazon so yea

Edited 3 months agoPicked up copy today from local store. Quality of vinyl mass is really good. Sounds perfect and in different way than CD. Very simple content of release without any lyrics inserted may disappointing collectors but who’s care. Enjoy the music.

This doesn't sound bad at all. I do not have any other copies of this on vinyl to compare with, but to my ears, I'm liking it. Mix is pretty nicely balanced from top to bottom. Nothing is drowning anything out. It's crisp and clear. During the solo to "Becoming", the separation between bass and lead is rock solid. The vinyl looks nice. My copy is flat and plays quiet with no surface noise.

This sounds good enough to me. Came in completely flat and well pressed. No issues. Crank it up a bit though.
At least it does not give me a migraine like the CD. -
Edited one year agoAbsolute worst piece of shit of a pressing for this I have ever heard. The midrange dominates everything. Dime would not approve and I'm 110% certain Sterling Winfield and Terry Date would throw this in the trash or use it for target practice. It didn't even come with the inner sleeve that has all the album info and lyrics. If you're reading this......avoid this pressing at all cost. Absolute GARBAGE!

My copy sounds great to my ears. It looks pretty cool too. Not one of my best sounding albums I have but that’s fine. The quality is great though. Flat and quiet with a nice inner sleeve.

Edited one year agoI would like to know where really people find this press so good... Total lack of basses, low volume, as all the European presses (Made in ), all is focused on medium frequencies... Terrible press, absolutely not good!!!

Amazingly good sounding release, especially regarding the fact of how much music they managed to put on one disc. Bass is a bit low due to the album run time but once you’ve increased bass and slightly reduced high range on your EQ you‘re ready to go for a blast. Pressing quality is flawless. Only thing missing are printed inner sleeves but that’s just nitpicking.

Edited 2 years agoThe greatest groove metal album has been repressed… Latest repress from EastWest & Revolver Magazine. In fact, it’s sounds good. No clicks, no pops and other stuff. But come on guys, this is limited to 1000 copies, improvised OBI strip, it’s not gatefold, no inserts, it’s poor LP with white splatter on 140 gram vinyl with no anti-static inner sleeve… Shame to label… All of 2021 represses under Revolver are a joke. Hopefully, they all sound good, but not at the price that comes up to 90$…
