After the slightly rockier Martyr I wasn't quite sure what to expect but this time the band really delivered. Wrong is, to my ears, easily the best single released since 1986. Sure it lacks a proper chorus, it doesn't really have a riff or easily recognisable melody but you're instantly hooked.
This is classic "Mode". The track builds from little more than drums and an analogue bass line, adding more parts as it goes on and Martin's backing vocals takes an already great tune to a perfect crescendo. 10 out of 10
