Originally recorded on September 29, 1957 at the Van Gelder Studio, Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. All transfers from analog to digital were made at 24-bit resolution. Liner photographs © Mosaic Images.
Tracks 1-5 originally issued in 1957 as BLP 1578.
Track 6 (Bonus track, not part of original LP) originally issued in 1995 on Mosaic MD4-162.
The stereo version of this LP (BST) was issued years after the initial mono release (BLP). For the stereo master of "A Night In Tunisia" of this album and on The Best of Lee Morgan, the wrong out theme insert ending onto the master take. It has been corrected for this release.
