Weird that the Virgin albums before and after this one were repressed last year, but this didn't get the same treatment...

This LP, Squarepusher's Big Loada, and Bad Company's Inside the Machine (and to a tad lesser but still noteworthy extents Ram Trilogy's Molten Beats, Reprazent's New Forms, Ed Rush & Optical's Wormhole, and Dom's Industry) are what made me a lifelong junglist in those formative teenage years. They took love of music to a new plateau, and every time I hear that 7th samurai remix I'm thankful that drum n bass exists as the ONLY constant thing I love that's never been taken from me. Glad to see it repressed for its 25th anniversary!

Quite a few exclusives on this 3xLP. Some great tracks. As others point out, when is this back catalogue and this LP gonna get a re lick. So many tracks on this label are expensive and hard to find not battered. Love this period of the music

Needs a repress from Virgin. Pretty please Virgin! I'll buy it.

just bought a cd copy, whilst having two vinyl copies in my collection, one totally unharmed, unplayed.. i arrived at the local bib and they where selling a a bunch of used discs, 1 euro a piece.. i'm playing it now and, it's been a while, once again im in awe.. i couldn't care less if its a contract fullfilling release for virgin or whatever... this is electronic music on the highest level, the bar is out of sight... at least for the rupert parkes pieces.. the minimalism, the complexity (not random but with chirurgical precision programmed beats, snares, scapes..), the atmosphere it generates, the fucking cutting through anything rhythms got me in a hold, once again... Photek is the man..

I am sure there was a 5 x 12" LP version of this too that I saw in 1998 - can anyone confirm?
