Edited 4 months agoAgree with whats said below. Theres ALOT of bottom end here but it doesnt have the muddiness of the original mix.
Theres a bit more room in between the instruments and a clarity not on OG mix.
Its sounds fantastic.. just listened to it twice.
Didnt find my copy to be dirty at all.. fairly quiet.
It was a long wait for this one, as I got it from over seas... but glad I got it. -
Nice sound .. But very dirty and with some light scratches, i don't like bmg.. Although the sound matters most. So 5/5

You know, I like this album. But of all albums why the hell is this one repressed instead of countdown, youthanasia and cryptic. I mean yeah countdown was repressed but only through picture disc and numbered mobile fidelity that go for more than the original and the original sounds better!

Exceptional release, vinyl comes in a cardboard inner so that should be replaced right away, otherwise this is a incredibly well made release. The album is never going to sound better than this, still retains some of its distortion from 2004 but the remaster on this pressing opens up the recording probably just as much as it can be opened. Also, musically, this is my favorite Megadeth album post-90's. A killer batch of songs that feel like classic Megadeth.

This sounds awesome, I can't tell specifically what's different about the remaster except the clarity everything sounds a little sharper, more clear! If you like "System" or you haven't heard the album or want it on vinyl go ahead and scoop it up it's killer! \m/
