I love this album. The true sequel to Totale's Turns: both sloppy and pretentious. I think of these half-live albums as The Fall's comedy albums, in a discography where every album is already pretty funny. Prankish and fuck-you ish, it's also full of rare stuff and tells its own story. Most of all, and unlike a random live compilation, it bears the mark of the master himself, doing something not too dissimilar to what the cover suggests: taking a bunch of tapes and fucking them up to his satisfaction.
