An improvement over their last album by far, still some absolute cheese-fest but for a pop-trance album in 2018 this isn't unlistenable. Good production and some nice vocal numbers, including Northern Soul, Sahara Love, Is It Love, and Bittersweet & Blue. 4/5

Don't know where I came across with this trio just now, and this is the first album I'm listening. I do recognize some kliches in sound, but mostly nothing bothers me with it. If you'd tick off the first two songs and the last three tracks, I basically like everything in this. "Sahara Love" was very enjoyable, liked the bass beat a lot-lot. "Is It Love (1001)" had lyrical echo too much. From time to time I need this kind of music to relax and gain uplift. -
Boring, cheesey, over polished pop music.
I feel like im at hillsong church when 'My own Hymn' is playing.
Alright now is probably my fav but the club mix was just the same as every other club mix from the past 4 years with that boring edm synth drop. Fingers crossed they can recover from this.

Edited 7 years agoNot going to give a full review here, because I am largely disappointed with this. But, I honestly wasn't going into this expecting too much.
The first half of the album (up until Is It Love), is pretty much what I expected. More of the same. Didn't find myself liking anything here, and "Naked"... oh boy, let's not even get started with that one.
But, the second half of this album, was actually pretty decent I found. "Is It Love? (1001)" was pretty good, "Cold Feet" was my favourite of the album, which gave me a little bit of an Oceanlab feel, and "Always" was a nice downtempo song.
All in all, this is probably slightly worse than "We Are All We Need". It's unfortunate, but I'm happy I at least found some enjoyment out of it. -

I am really "In shock" and quite happy about :). This wonderful new CD by Above & Beyond has just debut at #3 on this weeks Billboard Top 200 Album charts!! It is their FIRST EVER Top 10 hit for them in the USA, (This release only charted at #41 in the UK). They have been around since 2000, it only TOOK 18 years for their first Billboard Top 10 album, It is a only for now, CD will be coming out March 2,2018!!
