This AAA is awesome. Rich, warm plenty of detail. The drums, piano, bass and vocals are superb. Drums on “Get Down” are in the room! The percussion on “Who Needs You” is incredibly detailed. A serious cut in all fairness! The 2015 1/2 Speed is stuffy, fizzy and lacks focus in comparison. An essential Queen item!

Lucky to have this box set since it contains fantastic, original, and previously unreleased stuff.
Moreover, it contains one of the best masterings of this beautiful album.
Completely analog. Don't compare it with other reissues of this album. -
What a great set. Compared to all the other pressings I had it is by far the best mastering of NOTW I´ve heard.
-
Wonderful set, superb pressing but a serious chance lost by not doing a vinyl version of the Raw Sessions - that would've been really special.

Edited 6 years agoWonderful. This box set makes me well-up with joy. I have been a fan since 1976 when I bought Queen II @ 9 years old. I don't care how much alimony Brian has to pay, as long as fine product like this rises to the top, I will buy it. I A, B, & C'd this with a 1st print & the Green Studio Box. The 40 Anni. won. It's quieter & more dynamic. Hope they give the same treatment to The Game, The Works, The Miracle & Innuendo...too late for Jazz.
