Bought this over two years ago , nice little album and the stand out track for me will always be Bamboo Vendor.

Underrated gem from Takanaka's catalogue. People seem to often forget about it when talking about/recommending his Kitty Records works, but in my opinion is one of the best albums he ever released.

Blue Lagoon and the Taj Mahal cover are worth the ission alone, but the album does not have any duds. Plus this OG pressing sounds awesome and can still be found cheap.

After the 3rd spin in the 3rd year, I've grown to really appreciate what this album has to offer. If you dig Japanese Latin jazz guitar fusion... give it a go

You must purchase this album if you consider yourself a Tanakana fan. This album is just brilliant! Once you start with Blue Lagoon you are in for a ride. Over the top guitar notes, drums and Caribbean rhythms.

Pretty much the best audiophile pressing they come up.

You can hear some notes that later will be on the 1981 record The Rainbow Goblins.

Brilliant album and the best of Takanaka's that can be purchased under £50

An absolute treat for the ears. They give everything you want from takanaka and more. Rythems inspired by many different styles of music, strings that make it feel like your flying and of course takanakas absolutely magical guitar playing. 10/10

This album is a gem! Unbelievable its so cheap. Takanaka take on brazilian composition Taj Mahal worths it alone
