      Is this copy mis-labelled? The Red Jerry mixes are on side B, and the clib and pino mixes are on side A.

        The drum loop of this song was sampled in a lot of eurodance tunes in 90s. You can hear in Ice MC's Think about the away, It's a rainy day (and many others songs produced by Robyx and his team) as well as Cartouche - Touch the sky, Fun Factory - Take your chance, Barcode - Get a get a moving, to name a few.

          Under the same catalogue number,there are two "versions" of Club Mix.
          Althought running time are both same, on the first record i own has intro without a beat,just the "fly" sound, second one has a beat from the very beginning.

            So someone decided to revamp this eurodance classic. I discovered this release today, got my copy and listened carefully, afraid of the treatment it would get. Fortunately it wasn't so bad, for unbeatable original vocals were kept and sound good still in the 2000's.
            Till now no one remixed the song into trance style (as far as I know) and this new single didn't dare to do it: all remixes are in house/electro style. My favourites are from Scotty, which combined sweet Samira's vocals and stomping Gary B's ragga with classic garage pianos in the style of David Morales, Eric Kupper and so on. Really nice to listen.
            Other versions are more oriented to current dance style (which I personally thinks lacks energy and personality), but that's what has been done. As a bonus is included an edit of the original release of 1993. Anyway it's good to recall a so good song and it may be a surprise for new generations unaccustomed to eurodance style, that keeps unbeatable till now in of energy and joy,

              Maxx's debut single is a break-trough in the universe of dance music. Following the typical eurodance pattern (male rap and female chorus), innovated for its use of the raggarap of Gary B. This consists of a Jamaican English dialect, almost incomprehensible for non-experts, but conveying great strenght and power perfectly fit for dancefloors.
              Besides that, its original, fast and energetic instrumentation, employed fewer times before, made it remarkable. No wonder it was a hit all over the world, and can be considered a major influence for other dance artists (Ice MC, Taboo, Slam, Fun Factory, Euphoric, Cardenia and so on.)
