like every other Break My Face issued bootleg, this has a cheap sleeve and the audio has an intentional glitch in it. this one sounds OK, but theres very obvious mp3 compression artifact in the high frequencies. that being said, it does make a decent "player" copy should you want to keep your OG triple bagged and boxed up in the back of a climate controlled closet in a pet and smoke-free home.

Hy friends i have a pink cover like this release, but label Side B is green instead of red. I hope it can help. -

The color of my 7” looks more orange marbled than gold. -
I had Nicky Beat tell me all about these days, including opening for Sex Pistols with Germs in SF.Nicky grabbed the Fosters can off Sid's amp that night,,but someone stole it from him years later. He said he didn't know how that happened, loose lips?

Record store day release. Wasn't at the top of my list. Took it home put it on and was pleasantly surprised. Some good Germs tracks and sounds killer! -

"Sleeve variations: Red, Blue and Yellow."
4 different sleeves - red, bright yellow, pinkish/purple (I call it "magenta" sleeve) and another yellow "goldenrod." Labels are 4 colors all applied at random - red, magenta, light blue & green. -

The bridge between the "so bad it's good" era (defined by the "Forming" single) and the "so good I can't believe it is the same band" era (as defined by the "GI" LP).
"Lexicon Devil" is a classic record in its own right. Three excellent songs played to their best of the band's ability at this time. "No God" snarls off the turntable. This is one of those rare records that beckons me out of bed in the middle of the night for a solo listening session.
