Whitesnake – Come An' Get It

Surely this is not an official release - not even the correct artwork?????????????

This is a 1987 reissue based from the 1981 album. Whitesnake wasn't signed to Geffen until 1982.

This is a good album. I personally wouldn't say it's a huge top favourite of mine or even their best at all. Though all the way through I find the album quite solid.
Quite obvious but the songs I like the most are "Don't Break My Heart Again" and "Lonely Days, Lonely Nights". Though I love the last song of the album, "Till The Day I Die".

This is still quite early Whitesnake. I prefer their later years where they were glam metal. The years like "Self Titled" and "Slip Of The Tongue" (my favourite Whitesnake album).

The pressing is very quiet and issued in a thick cover, but the dynamics and depth are better on the UK pressing

I do not have a reference to an other pressing but this one sounds good to me. Basically what you would expect from a Japanese pressing. I paid around 30 euros and I have no regrets

This is a classic rock album from 80`s. Album has been recorded, produced, pressed well and sounds good.

Great album, sounds fantastic AND with the splatter looks awesome .
