Studio Hamburg Enterprises (SHE) was part of the Studio Hamburg group, which as a 100 % subsidiary of NDR Media, represented one of the major German service companies for films, television and digital media. Legally operated under this name from 20 January 2012 to 22 September 2022.

The objective of the company headquartered in Hamburg with offices in Berlin and Munich was the acquisition of international film and TV licenses, as well as their distribution - theatrical, TV, digital and video. The divisions rights and licensing, program acquisitions, national and international distribution, digital sales, new media as well as home entertainment are closely connected and follow a coherent marketing strategy.

SHE managed sale mandates and content partnerships with companies such as Lionsgate, eOne, HBO Europe, Red Bull Media House, CBS, Turner, Warner Brothers and broadcasting groups like ARD, ZDF and BBC.
