There is so much Techno music made on little independent labels from when the Detroit techno planted it’s seeds in europe since 1990 uptill now, that it’s hard to keep up with everything. certainly when you are younger and just heard about Berghain 2 years ago. You have to search for it, keep digging through piles of garbage to find that one (unknown) Gem. Offcourse with the help from our holy bible :Discogs. I listen to it for a decade and a half and i still discover great older techno weekly. And this is also why i love (pure)Techno; it’s timeless! The Sounders Department label is a mix of Unorthodox Detroit techno with the loop character from european techno of the early nineties. Most tracks are dancefloor credable tracks dedicated to the sweaty body. If you are a fan for classic chord-driven Detroit techno then this is for you. A mark in the Detroit – Berlin connection. Played by Robert Hood, Don Williams and Silent Servant.
