A good reissue label but the Don Covay compilation sounds dreadful so beware!

I'd advise caution with this label. I've got three CDs from them. One (Buddy Guy - First Time I Met the Blues) has some songs on it that are sonically indistinguishable from an older comp I have (The Great Buddy Guy) - the claim 24-bit remastered is misleading. The other two (Freddy King; B.B. King) are remastered extremely loud, which doesn't do the music much favors.

They do come with good liner notes, info and nice presentation - but I think a lot of these albums can be found in better editions if you search around a bit.
