Origin of Sample in T.A.G.C. Teste Tones?

I’m sure this was answered years ago (nothing comes up in a search) here, but where does that sample of the girl in the ambulance crying “I’m scared” in T.A.G.C.'s Teste Tones come from? P.S.: google and whosampled.com were no help, maybe that dead internet theory is coming true :/.

Not sure... I checked the old sloth.org sample site via archive.org and nothing was on there, either.

Yeah, thanks. There was a comment on a YT album stating the movie and actress in response to me typing “I'm scared”, but that was deleted a long time ago.
