American songwriter, television screenwriter.
Born January 21, 1908 in New York City, New York, USA.
Died January 2, 1976 in Los Angeles, California, USA.
He wrote for some music and lyrics for Broadway productions. In the 1950's he began writing children's songs. A frequent collaborator at the time was Gerald Marks.
