Barry Feinstein

American photographer, filmmaker and art director. Born 4 February 1931 in Philadelphia, PA, USA - Died 20 October 2011 in Woodstock, NY, USA.
He produced over 500 album covers, featuring his photographs and graphic designs. Feinstein established a career for himself snapping pictures of Hollywood stars such as Steve McQueen in the 1960s and 1970s, but he became most famous for his work with the top rock stars of that era.
He shot the memorable album covers for Beggars Banquet" album artwork, which featured a graffiti-covered toilet.
In 1963, he married Judith Jamison.
