First issue in 10,000 copies according to: "I/10000" etched in run outs with very pale blue centre labels, with crumpled side A centre label at the upper part, affecting one word in rim text giving: "YGOSLAVIA" instead of "YUGOSLAVIA", the letter 'M' in group name "SMAK", making it imperfect but still recognizable as 'M', and the letter 'T' in the second title word "Terazije", making it more the greek uppercase letter gamma: 'Γ' than 'T'.
Title taken from centre labels where the leading 'N' has got a white imperfection on side A, the small fabric fault appearing as well on other issues. The release is titled "SUPER 45" on front cover and spine meaning: Super Maxi Single - cut with maximal groove width and interspace.
"Snimano i remiksovano na tehnici MCI studija 5 Produkcije ploča Radio - televizije Beograd aprila 1978." = "Recorded and remixed with MCI technology at the Studio 5 of Radio-Television Belgrade - Record Production in April 1978." on front cover.
