This is a first pressing from Megaforce Records. My copy is a gold stamp promotional cut out. The cover and vinyl are fairly standard issue for the late 80’s/early 90’s medium card stock and standard weight vinyl. The music itself is phenomenal. Heavy rock with flashes of psychedelic pop, sweet harmonies, Prince funk grooves, church claps and vocalization. The audio quality is fine, although I feel like considering how wonderful the music production is could be more dynamic. The bass is surprisingly absent considering the lead singer is also the bassist. Try for a repress unless you just want an original pressing. I haven’t heard any of them, but a remaster could really do this some Justice.
